COUNTER: Located inside Union Station train station. Rental counter inside the terminal. CARS: Located on 'H' St side of the train station. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER HOURS RETURNS: Not available. Reagan National Airport is open later hours. Cars can be returned to DCA during their business hours.
