• Earn up to 5 Avios per USD spent on qualifying rental only when making your reservation via www.budgetinternational.com/qatarairways.
• Privilege Club members will be eligible to earn Avios for every USD 1 or foreign equivalent spent based on their membership tier at the time of vehicle pick-up.
• Earning of Avios vary on your membership Tier
  a.    Burgundy Member: 2 base Avios per USD spent
   b.    Silver Member: 2 base Avios and 1 bonus Avios per USD spent (Total 3 Avios per USD spent)
   c.    Gold Member: 2 base Avios and 2 bonus Avios per USD spent (Total 4 Avios per USD spent)
   d.    Platinum Member: 2 base Avios and 3 bonus Avios per USD spent (Total 5 Avios per USD spent)
• Bookings made on this website will automatically include dedicated Privilege Club-Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number according to your membership tier when you select your membership tier on “Customer Type” field.
• If you book via any other Budget websites directly or call centres, you will earn up to 2 base Avios per USD spent only regardless of your membership tier and may not receive your partnership benefits in addition.
• To take part of any promotions or any of your Privilege Club benefits, please make sure all reservations are made on this site.
• Self-drive rentals with Budget van/truck or commercial vehicle rentals do not qualify for Avios. Avios cannot be earned on chauffeur-drive, corporate contracted rates, wholesale tour packages, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, monthly rentals, complimentary rentals, award rentals and net rate programmes.
• Avios will be awarded on completed rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn Avios.
• Miles will be awarded on the base rental rate and not on taxes, fuel, additional fees or other charges.
• Avios can only be earned on one frequent flyer programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations worldwide, exclude all locations in Alaska, the USA.
• Renters can only claim Avios for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
• Qatar Airways Privilege Club members will be eligible to earn Avios only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
• Always show your Privilege Club membership card when you collect your vehicle.
• If any other BCD number is present in the rental booking no bonus Avios will be awarded.
• If any other BCD number is present in a customer’s Fastbreak profile and this is used in the rental booking no bonus Avios will be awarded and once booked this cannot be reversed.
• Promotional miles or any additional Avios cannot be retro claimed.
• Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for Avios – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded Avios.
• Avios will only be credited into your account within 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of eligible car rental.
• Missing mileage claims must be made within 180 days of the conclusion of each qualifying rental. To claim missing Avios, original Car Rental Agreement copy is required. Members are required to retain copies of these until miles are credited to members’ accounts.
• Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer other than those valid on this website and are subject to availability.
