Damage Waiver
In most cases, Damage Waiver is provided with the vehicle as standard. If it is included, it will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form (and in your booking confirmation).
Damage Waiver reduces the amount you pay for each clearly separate incident of damage if the vehicle is damaged (or the amount you pay to replace any keys, accessories or vehicle documents that are lost, stolen or damaged).

What's Not Covered:
Vehicles must not be taken to the northern part of the island which is occupied by Turkish military forces. If these restrictions are not followed, any insurance coverage will be considered invalid. In such cases, the driver will be held solely responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle. This includes all financial liabilities, such as the cost of returning a damaged vehicle.
Normally between EUR 7.50 and EUR 14.00 per day based on the car group (if not included as standard).

We accept:
We don't accept Maestro cards, Cirrus cards, JCB cards, any pre-paid cards even if they carry the Visa or MasterCard logo or any other cards not listed above.
Please note that as foreign exchange rates and banking charges fluctuate, we cannot take responsibility for any discrepancies between the amount paid and the amount refunded.
Please note that we cannot accept debit cards for car rental pre- authorisation payments.
Pre-authorisations and Security Deposits
To ensure a seamless rental process and compliance with our agreement's terms, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on the credit card presented at the time of pick-up.
The following major credit cards for pre-authorization are accepted:
Please be aware that debit cards cannot be used for car rental pre-authorisation.
This hold will not exceed the excess amount designated for the chosen vehicle category. This pre-authorized amount may be applied, in case we have to charge you at the end of the rental for scenarios relevant to your rental such as:
i. costs to refuel the vehicle (where relevant).
ii. additional rental charges in circumstances where you fail to return the vehicle or any optional extras at the end of the agreed rental period or to the agreed return location.

iv. costs incurred as a result of exceeding any relevant mileage restrictions.
Where the pre-authorisation we take does not cover the charges you incur, we will request you make a further payment for the additional amounts owed.
You'll need to provide a payment card in your own name with enough funds available. Please note that due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and possible banking charges, we cannot be held responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded
In relation to certain high value vehicles, we may require you to provide us with two payment cards for the purposes of the pre-authorisation. Where this is the case, this will be confirmed when making a booking.
If you'd like more details, please call our customer support team or ask a member of our team

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the fuel used to deliver the vehicle to you at the Pay on Return rates, unless you opt to purchase Fuel up Front. More information can be found in the "Fuel Options" section of this document. The delivery fee varies depending on your rental location and where you want the vehicle delivered. Typically, within town limits, you can expect the fee to be between Euro 20 and Euro 25.
To request delivery, please give us at least one day's notice. While we may be able to accommodate shorter notice requests, it's best to confirm with the rental station or Reservations team.
If you prefer to collect the vehicle, some of our rental locations offer a Collection Service where we can collect the vehicle and any optional extras at a time and place of your choosing. To use this service, you must be available to hand over the vehicle.

To request collection, please give us at least one day's notice. If you need to request collection with shorter notice, please check with the Reservations team.
If the main driver is not present when we come to collect the vehicle, a charge will apply. Additionally, if the vehicle, keys, accessories, documents, or optional extras are missing, you will still be charged for the collection. You'll then need to book a new collection and pay another collection fee, or you can bring the vehicle back to the rental location yourself.

Returning the vehicle
Unless you agreed a different refuelling option (see below), you must return the vehicle to us with the same amount of fuel it had in it when you picked it up usually a full tank as shown on the factory-installed fuel gauge or automatically logged in respect of connected cars. We recommend you fill up as close to the return location as you can and no further than 15 kms, half an hour before your return date and keep the receipt to show us. If you don't return the vehicle with a full tank and you can't show us a receipt for fuel we will charge you.
Refuelling options
Fuel Up Front - this is charged at the average fuel price for Cyrpus at the start of your rental period. This is only available where you have added it as an option at booking stage or asked to add it to your rental prior to you collecting the vehicle. If you have added this option, the cost will be on your Rental Agreement Form. However, you don't get a refund for any fuel you don't use.
EZ Fuel - depending on where you're renting, you pay a fixed fee of between EUR 20.00 and EUR 30.00 for cars, for a specific distance of 150 kms. If you have added this option, the cost will be on your Rental Agreement Form. If you bring the car tank full, the amount will be reimbursed to your payment card.
Pay on Return - When you rent a vehicle from us, the amount you pay for fuel is determined by the fuel gauge that was installed by the factory. We round down to the nearest eighth (1/8) of a tank (costs are based on the manufacturer's stated fuel tank capacity). At the end of your rental period, we charge you at market price plus tax for any fuel that is missing, as well as EUR 20.00 refuelling surcharge. The price per litre will be stated on your Rental Agreement Form.
Additional drivers must meet the same requirement as the primary driver. Additional Driver Fee: 5.00 EUR per day, per additional driver.
As the registered owner of a vehicle, we will be notified by relevant authorities if a traffic offense occurs in order to identify the driver. Details on the dispute process and contact information for the authority will be provided on the re-issued penalty charge notice.
