Proceed to Budget rental counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Fastbreak member. The Budget rental agent will provide you with your preprinted contract and keys.
General Directions
COUNTER: The shuttle will meet passengers at the pier. If not, call the location for pick-up service. The location has a phone diverter that provides an option for customers to reach the counter or hear the message to be picked up at the port. CARS: On-site. RETURNS: Rental location only. Return cars to 8401 Astronaut Blvd, Cape Canaveral (ZC5). AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available. Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

Do you have a shuttle from the airport?

No, Budget does not offer shuttles to and from the nearby airports, although you can pick up a car rental from Budget at the Orlando International Airportor Budget at the Melbourne airport and drop it off to this Budget location before you board your cruise.

Can I reserve a rental car on this page if I’m not going on a cruise?

No, this reservation form includes the shuttle from the port, which is for those exiting a cruise ship. You need to be coming from the port to get a Port Canaveral car rental from this page. However, we also have a reservation page for non-cruise renters who want to pick up a car from the Budget location at Cape Canaveral—it’s the same address (8401 Astronaut Boulevard), but when you book on that page, we know you don’t need a shuttle to the cruise port.
