Proceed outside the baggage claim area to the Rent-A-Car Shuttle Bus Stop located at the center median. The Grey & Black Rental Car Shuttle Bus will stop to take you to the Customer Service Building. Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
General Directions
COUNTER: Proceed outside the baggage claim area to the Rent-A-Car Shuttle Bus Stop located at the center median. The Grey & Black Rental Car Shuttle Bus will stop to take you to the Customer Service Building.
CARS: Cars are outside of the Customer Service Building. The walking distance from counter to car lot: 50-400 feet.
RETURNS: Follow signs marked "Car Rental Returns".
DRIVERS CIRCLE
Customer is met in the baggage claim area by a key Budget Representative, escorted to & on the shuttle bus (curbside pickup is not allowed) for a 5-minute ride to the facility & dropped by the car with the Budget Representative.
VALET RETURN: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
